TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Raphanel’s Steam Sterilizer is used for the sterilization of products for consumption, which come from dehydrated ground raw material, in grain or in leaf, with a size no bigger than 20 mm.

This sterilizer can be used for different products ( paprika, spices, different types of flour, products for feeding stuffs…) achieving sterilization results in all of them that can go over 99.9 % of effectiveness.

The control of the process is completely computerized, allowing access to data of treatments even to those which have been made years ago. It also provides immediate listings, charts and reports of each treatment. The equipment is provided with a port to connect it to the net, so that on-line access to the development of the process is possible from any computer ( production manager’s office, laboratory, management …). At the same time you can connect through internet with our technical service who will check the equipment, make adjustments, update the process programme, etc.
